Core Design and Working Principle
Dual crushing modes
Supporting both Rock on Rock and Rock on Steel modes, it can be quickly switched according to material hardness and finished product requirements.
Rock on Rock: Ideal for high-hardness materials, it ensures low wear and tear and produces finished products with round and smooth particle shapes.
Rock on Steel: Suitable for medium and low-hardness materials, it delivers higher crushing efficiency and finer discharge.
Vertical shaft structure
Materials enter through the top feed inlet and are divided into central flow and peripheral flow by the material distribution disc. Driven by the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotor, materials impact the crushing cavity to achieve high-efficiency impact crushing.
Optimized wear parts
The impact blocks and peripheral guard plates adopt high-chromium alloy material, whose wear resistance is improved by more than 30% compared with ordinary materials, reducing the frequency of shutdown and replacement.
